This wood chips hammer mill is applicable for the material after chipping (thickness≤10mm), and it should be fiber material with big moisture and oiliness and also applicable for coarse grinding.

Working principle is that the raw material go into the grinding room, then will be grinding by the impact force and shear force caused by high speed rotating rotor and collision force caused by the high speed rotating rotor, then pass through the screen to get the eligible products.

Wood chips hammer mill always comes with cyclone, air lock, stean fan, and bag dust collector .

• Available raw material: wood chips ,wood bricks, shavings, straw, peanut shell, palm shell, cotton seed, bamboo dust, rice husk, elephant grass, sugar cane, pulp, olive dust, and so on.

• Applications: the hammer mill can be widely used in home made production and industrial production in the field of agricultural, wood and animal industry.

Note:The above indicators meet the following conditions, the variety of raw materials, wood chips, moisture is not more than 13%, and the capacity is not less than 0.72T/m3. The sieve diameter of the sieve plate of the pulverizer is Φ10, and the opening rate is not less than 33%. The sieve aperture/opening ratio affects throughput.
