Working principle :

The wood is fed from the feeding port. When the wood comes into contact with the cutting blade, it will be cut with the high-speed rotation of the cutting blade. The cutting mechanism is a rotating drum on which a number of flying knives are installed, and the flying knives rotate. The wood is processed into wood chips. There are a plurality of square through holes on the outer edge of the drum wheel, and the cut qualified pieces fall through the mesh screen holes and are discharged at the bottom, and the large pieces will be cut again in the machine.

The drum chipper is a special equipment for preparing high-quality wood chips. It is suitable for various paper mills, particleboard factories, fiberboard factories, wood chip production bases, and wood chip export bases. It can cut logs and small-diameter wood into high-quality industrial wood chips with uniform length, flat incision and uniform thickness, and can also cut branches and boards.
